In 2020, I helped customers find what they needed in the new My Telstra app.
We introduced the ability to request a call back, as well as a raft of other native problem-solving experiences.
Slow internet? Fast results. We helped users test their network, then diagnose and troubleshoot the problem.
We created a user-friendly overview of all the devices in a customer’s network, easily accessed through the app.
We let customers update their personal details easily and securely, turning a pain point into a point of pride.
We relieved the stress of choosing a plan by offering users an easy-to-use questionnaire.
I helped NuWe, an Australian ridesharing company, create a new app to take on Uber.
Over several years at Qantas, I was responsible for optimising existing experiences and helping new ideas take flight.
