At Qantas, I ran ideation workshops to help optimise Travel Planning, Destination Guides and Itineraries. I investigated third-party APIs to make sure the implementation of their data would fit within the Qantas style guide and standards. I made enhancements to Qantas' flight search widget on the Homepage (which earns the company up to $11,000,000 a day).
My team and I tinkered with the Destination Guides and increased conversion to their Booking Engine by 21% each month.
In short, I kept pretty busy.
